I stopped in a half-hour before closing on a rainy Saturday, so you know the manager had to have been itching to call it a day. Greg, the manager, is a pro. Professional, courtious, efficient, and helpful. Though there was some initial confusion over types of units available, he showed me the units I wanted to see and got me squared away quickly. The units themselves (I looked at an outside unit and an inside non-climate controlled unit) are in good condition, clean, and secure. The pricing is good for the age/condition of the property. The facility does require insurance, which I'm not crazy about, but the cost of their offering is pretty reasonable (or you can get your own insurance). Also, they bill on the first of the month, which some like, and others may not. So your move-in cost is going to be prorated. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience leasing a unit there, and I'd recommend people check out the offerings at North Loop Self Storage!
